The most fashionable yet simple protective eye is black goggles. Typically they have black frames and darkly tinted lenses although colored and shiny reflective lenses are very popular and look great in these goggles. They are made by almost every company that produces goggles in one form or another making them the most popular and used color of goggle on earth.

Black goggles come from manufacturers such as Oakley, Smith Optics, Uvex, Boile, and many other companies. There are high quality goggles that cost up to two hundred dollars or they can be generic goggles that cost less than $20 but don’t have very many features and may fog up in cold weather. Depending on the lens used they are ideal for cold weather or warm weather, bright sunny days or grey low light days.

Black goggles are some of the best selling goggles for most companies because they easily compliment almost any outfit and equipment whether it is used in cold snowy mountains or riding a motorcycle through sand dunes in the hot desert. They don’t have any flashy graphics but they don’t need any because they are used for a purpose, not for fashion.
