Snowboard Goggles

Snowboard goggles are some of the most important pieces of gear needed to have an enjoyable day on the slopes. Other than the basic equipment such as boots and board, the goggles are the most important. Even the best rider wouldn’t get very far without their goggles on the calmest day. This is why goggles are just as important as the snowboards you choose.

Not only do snowboard goggles look cool, they protect the riders face and eyes from sun, snow and ice. They often have flashy, high tech frames with shiny lenses inside to complete the effect. They keep eyes warm and free from moisture. Obstacles travel fast when flying through the snow making it very important to be able to see them as soon as possible with no distortions.

Snowboard goggles can be found near mountain resorts and right at the base of the lift although the closer to the lift the higher the price of gear. It’s never a good idea to forgot the goggles at home because they are absolutely essential for riding and easily cost as much as a lift ticket. Used goggles work very well and often replacement lenses can be found if the included lens is scratched or gets fogged up easily.
